"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "

"Sophie on the reception desk was fabulous. She provided loads of information on places to go and to eat. She also arranged an early check in for us. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly and efficient. Shame the bar was closed, but otherwise great. Thank you. "

"Service and facilities can't be faulted. It was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. Besides the excellent service, it is affordable and well situated, being 10 minutes or so walk from most of the important sights and restaurants. The rail station is also a 15-20min walk away, while a bus stop/interchange is 5 minutes walk away. "We liked staying at the Novotel. It was clean, the staffs were nice & helpful and it’s very near to everything we needed to visit within Bruges. "

"Excellent customer service and breakfast. Room was not too clean, however the staff immediately switched rooms and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, the experience at the Ibis hotel was pleasant. It is located within walking distance from the train station and easy to walk to the city center. I would recommend this hotel, and would choose it for future bookings."

Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."
