"We had a fantastic time at C.O.Q. We received a warm welcome even though we checked in after midnight for our 3 day stay. Our room was really comfortable, cosy and clean. Breakfast was delicious everyday with a wide choice of pastries, cereals and fruit to kick off your day. Thanks to Léo, Naye and all the staff we look forward to coming back in the New Year. "

"The property was close to two subway stations and in a quiet part of the city. Staff was friendly and spoke English. You do have to keep the room key with the front desk whike you're away which I thought was a little odd, but I didn’t have any hiccups because of it. "

"The cold water very small running the whole time I was there, the lockbox in the room would not open, no one came up to check on it after I asked. So I had to carry my passport with me the whole time I was there. The second to last day I use up the last the toilet paper, it was not replaced. So I use Kleenex the last day."
