"The hotel itself was excellent. It gave us amazing scenary from the hotel, within walking distance to the lake. The only but big problem was when checking in. I arrived shortly after 6pm, and the reception, entrance door was closed. The note at the door sent they have sent a password to me by email, to unlock the entrance door. However, I have not received it and needed to call the number indicated in the note to get a guidance on how to unlock. It was stressful and as I am from outside EU, it cost me not a cheap amount as it was an international telephone call."
