I've contacted them, after my stay, about my receipt and even though Hotels.com made it kind of difficult for us to contact directly, they manage to help me right away. "Short walk to the local shops. Lots of parking spaces never s struggle to get a space. Tehre was a wheelchair ramp up to the hotel reception. A 10 pin bowling alley shares the car park. It had a secure bicycle lock dedicated building, accessible with your room key card."
