"Very nice "

"I was pleasantly surprised when I got to our hotel. It looked better in person. The facility was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. The only issue I could find was with the breakfast options. It could've been better. There weren't any halal alternatives to the pork sausages, and no breakfast pancakes or crepes, or made to order omolettes. That would've been awesome. But, the overall experience was one to be remembered. I will definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks so much!"

"The diverse and quality breakfast buffet at Ocean Terrace restaurant impressed me during my stay at Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. Initially, I dined outside the hotel, but I found the breakfast to be exceptionally enjoyable and would return. I celebrated my birthday at the French restaurant Azur, which exceeded my expectations with its exceptional food and service. The hotel staff consistently provided prompt and professional assistance via email. The first-floor staff members I interacted with were friendly and supportive. Notably, a housekeeping staff member demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and respect for customers’ space and privacy. Although the facility conditions were not ideal due to years of use, my room on the higher floors with a harbor view and ample space was spacious enough. I recommend this hotel to those visiting Yokohama."
