"Great location if you want to be in the centre of Zurich and quite. Self check in which was easy. Breakfast was just what was needed although you had to ask for hot water to make a cuppa. Bed really comfortable but hot water was not plentiful, more luke warm."

"Very average experience. The room was very dark with no view- corner view at courtyards on 2nd flor has no daylight at all. No good morning , no goodbye from the staff during the day. Only one waiter during breakfast was very kind and helpful. Hotel only for sleep and breakfast. Nothing else, even no place for work during the day at lobby- no space for it. Overall- very poor quality to the price. Sorry"

"The location is around 10-15 mins walking distance from Zurich main station. There is no reception in this hotel, self check in service is provided, it is smooth. There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. "This hotel is located in very convenient location and all the hotel staffs are amazing. Stayed at family room with balcony. Love listening to hourly bells from balcony was quite a memory from the hotel. After we left, we got a message from hotel that they found out lost property and now it’s on its way back to Australian home.
