"The location is around 10-15 mins walking distance from Zurich main station. There is no reception in this hotel, self check in service is provided, it is smooth. There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. "Arrived early at 8am due to an early flight and were able to drop our bags but not check in until 2. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms run warm so you may want to crack a wimdow. Overall great stay!"
