"Everything was amazing. The reviews for this hotel were very mixed, however our experience was amazing and have no idea why anyone would say anything negative. Our room (#8) was beautiful, the esthetic of the pool was georgeous, the view of Lake Atitlan (feet away) was breathtaking, the staff was kind, friendly (miri and juan..everyone) and everyone always had a smile on their face.
