"We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and Michael truly made it unforgettable! From the moment we checked in, he had us laughing with his great sense of humor and lighthearted jokes. "I liked the staff members working at the front desk. They were very welcoming and assisted me with everything l needed and provided additional detail about the surrounding things to do around the hotel. There wasn't anything l didn't like. I definitely recommend this place and l will stay here again the next time l go there again "

"The hotel was good and it was easy to get to team into heart of Amsterdam. Close to a grocery store. App had shown that I 'cancelled' my trip, but luckily, I was able to still get the room. "

"the rooms were very modern with lights being controlled from an ipad and a very nice design and clean!! each floor had a mini communal kitchen and lounging area which was very nice and a mini fridge inside room. would definitely recommend staying here. a downside is the hotel is about a 20/25 min drive from the main city centre. they allowed us to check in at 12 for free and a €15 euro for a late checkout till 1pm "

"Good hotel and near walkable distance from main train station for day trips and walkable to many places around train station."

"You get what you pay for, you can’t complain. 5 stars as it just a walk away from the main train station and it is right in the middle of Amsterdam city Centre. Be prepared to walk up stairs as there was no elevator for the building. Once I arrived my room was actually upgraded to a better room which was nice but at the very top floor. I’m fairly athletic so it was not much of a hassle for me."

"The July was absolutely lovely. I have OCD and will only stay where the place feels clean. The bathroom was spotless, the bed and bedding was clean (and comfortable - I slept like a baby) The staff were super friendly and gave us some really lovely restaurants to go and try (we’re foodies!!) and any bits missing from the room, they sorted in less than 5 minutes after calling the front desk. I could literally have stayed for another two weeks there to be honest and I’m hoping to come back asap...

"Amazing hotel! We booked a deluxe room and the room was huge, super comfy king sized bed with the best pillows! The shower was nice and powerful, good sized bathroom, hair dryer. There was a UK socket in the room and some USB sockets. We stayed here for Amsterdam, the train station is literally 4 min walk away and the train into Amsterdam takes 15 mins! It’s so convenient. We had to pay city tax when we checked in, lovely reception area and friendly staff! "

I could literally have stayed for another two weeks there to be honest and I’m hoping to come back asap (when I can afford a longer stay). It’s about a 25/30 min walk to central Amsterdam and it’s an easy enough walk. The ferry is about a 10 minute walk away too, so great to get to the artsy side of dam. The only thing I didn’t love was the TV - we luckily brought a cable to connect our iPad to use Netflix etc, but if you don’t have that, you can only watch a couple channels and the apps don’t load properly - it took me a while to get YouTube up and I can’t even remember how I did it in the first place! I can’t say that’s the case for every room and is only a slight negative if you wanted to chill and watch something after being out all day. "
