"Very nice accommodation, easy walk to the main shopping street. Clean & tidy with an excellent breakfast to start the day. Staff all very friendly & helpful, they suggested we visit a restaurant which turned out to be superb.Throughly enjoyed out stay in Zakopane."

"Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. "The room was a nice size to accommodate our family of five. It wasn’t really dirty, but we did find a couple of cigarette butts under things. The biggest problem was that the hotel and restaurant staff were done super early. So, we didn’t have any dinner options after 6pm. There was nothing within reasonable walking distance and we couldn’t remove our car from the parking lot without an employee to let us back into the locked parking lot. "

"The hotel had amazing amenities and service. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable while keeping a modern outline. One thing i appreciated the most was the sauna which can be self programmed and used at anyone's convinience."

"We stayed at this property for two nights just after Christmas . We were lucky to be there in a beautiful winter with loads of snow . Breakfast was delicious , staff was helpful , we booked a kulig ( horse sleigh ) for one of the mornings and that was lovely too . It’s close to goracy Potok hot thermal pools which are brilliant and only a short drive away from zakopane , gubalowka and beautiful mountains . A few minutes walk away there is a shop and a great restaurant serving local Delicious...

"Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. "
