"My wife and I stayed one week in early July 2024. We have had a very mixed experience at this place. First - the positive: The breakfast is really nice. "Not only you have to pay for parking. But also rooms are so small, we had trouble opening both of ours carry on bags in the same time. You could barely open the balcony window because bed was blocking half of it. And there is no air conditioning. Room was super hot, no screens in the windows. If you try to open windows for an airflow, you are getting all the bugs and mosquitoes inside…. Big disappointment for a 4star hotel."

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. "The location is far from the centre but nice and quiet. No front desk, so waited outside for a long time to check in until we managed to get the Manager on her mobile. Also, had to call her to use the gym because it was locked. Most annoying part was that i paid more for a room with mountain view but was given a room that faced the car park (no mountains on sight). They could also do with proper curtains to stop the room from lighting up at 4 in the morning."
