"A great location for a hotel, the pre arrival team made me very welcome. Checkin was seamless, room was available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."

They really do get the concept of maintenance and everything seems so well run from a staff point of view. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and courteous and breakfast is excellent. The thermal pools are lovely and the steam/sauna facilities are particularly pleasant. Best of all, you're away from it all on beautiful Margitsziget, while at the same time easily connected to both Buda and Pest with the frequent No. 26 buses that pass by several times every hour. Simply put, this is a winner in every respect. "
