"Prior to arriving at the Hotel I messaged to let them know we were celebrating my Husbands 60th Birthday. When we checked in we had been upgraded and were given celebratory fizz and a rather lovely piece of cake each. The suite was in a very private area of the Hotel, it had views up to the Fisherman's Bastion. Even though the Hotel is on a main road, with the double windows it was rather peaceful. The room was excellent, the bed comfortable and all facilities were top notch. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service. The Hotel was situated in easy reach of all transport. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you so much to Park Plaza for a very memorable stay. "

"Really excellent hotel, in a beautiful location. Just around the corner from the stunning Matyas Church and Fishermans' Bastion. You can either easily walk up the hill from the Chain Bridge or catch one of the frequent buses that run to/from very close to the hotel and into the Pest side of town. The hotel is in a lovely, historical, quiet part of town on the Buda side. If you want lots of nightlife on your doorstep then this probably isn't the place, but if you want a relaxing and peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings then it is! There are restaurants nearby. We found that the more traditional ones had closed their kitchens by around 9.30pm (fair enough!), but Jamie's Italian was open for a late dinner. The room itself was spacious, clean and well fitted out. Very comfortable beds. We had a duplex room with a mezzanine level which included twin beds (with TV) upstairs and a sofa bed, TV, desk, and comfy sitting area (plus the ensuite) downstairs. All of the members of staff that we met during our stay were very friendly and helpful. The first room we were allocated had a double bed instead of twins and we were quickly shown an alternative room and helped to move. The breakfast was lovely, with a choice of cooked items (the scrambled eggs and bacon was delicious!), breads, croissants and pastries, salad, cold meats, cheeses, cereal, tea, coffee, juice etc. Set us up very well for our days out. We would definitely want to stay here again!"

"Honestly this hotel and its staff, especially Lelle, were fantastic! Lovely rooms, lovely breakfast and lovely atmosphere. My only small gripe would be there was only one pillow per person, I asked for more but was told the hotel had ran out of pillows???"

"This was a wonderful hotel. Everything you want to have a nice trip. Very clean, friendly and helpful team in each department, great breakfast (which I've never said about a hotel buffet), classy decoration, close to many transportation options and walkable to both sides of the city. "
