Nous avons dû nous reloger avec 3 enfants par nos propres moyens. Dans l'attente d'un remboursement complet mais aucune trace depuis plus d'une semaine. Nous attendons un retour rapide des services d'expedia et/ou vrbo."

"sopratutto mancanza di professionalità , NON vogliono assolutamente accontentare i clienti , servizi descritti inestistenti : manca wifi,la tv non funziona,manca il phon, manca il bidet, al rientro di sera tardi bisogna stare attenti ai cani liberi nella propietà,luogo in aperta campagna e non sempre raggiungibile con il tefono. "This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."
