"Everything was perfect! Edwin is a great host, communicated within minutes to a concern we had. The setup to the condo is great for multiples as its separate quarters/bathrooms with a shared common area. Very clean and convenient to Antigua. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we make another trip. "

"Everything worked. More than enough outlets . Very rapid wifi, the kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Showers excellent ,had no trouble finding the right temperature rapidly. Very comfortable beds with the best pillows ever..cozy living room. Washer dryer that was very easy ro use as was the stove. This has to be my favorite Stay at any of many vacation locations .very attentive host..very accommodating and sweet. "

"Staying here made our vacation in Guatemala. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until 3 a.m., but we were kindly greeted by Juan Carlos and his impressive villa. It is ideally tucked above the town of Antigua in a luscious forest/coffee field with stunning views of the volcano and first-class amenities. "We had a wonderful time visiting Guatemala. This house was perfect for our group. The host was very responsive and Dona was amazing as well. She helped clean and helped with the laundry and was so friendly. There is a nice grocery store within walking distance, the house was as described and the view was awesome. Will definitely be back. "

"Overall we had a great stay here and it is a good spot if you're looking for an extended stay. Pros: Spacious apartments with more room than we needed. Common area of the building is beautiful and a nice place to hang out and you get to know your neighbors there (we had a fun time hanging out in the Jacuzzi with ours). Good place to work from with the extra space, good wifi, and daily option for prepared lunch. Good security measures makes it feel safe inside. The owner Tom is great and always...

Beautiful terrace with views of volcanoes and surrounding towns.

"Beautiful home in a beautiful community. Short distance to center of Antigua, about 10 minutes via Uber for about 50Q, neighbors told us it was about 20Q by bus. Home was very tastefully decorated, super clean, very well equipped. Rooftop terrace was awesome and has amazing views. Overall, this house is an amazing place as well as an amazing value. Definitely recommend!"

"Our family stayed at this nice home in Antigua. It’s easy to walk everywhere from the home. We attended Spanish classes for part of the day and the either came back to the house or explored the city. The internet connection is strong, We had plenty of room for our family of six. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. They have a smart TV and games. They have the basic cooking utensils needed and refrigerator to cook some of your meals.
