"The hotel and the staff were really great. The staff were all very friendly. It was super clean and felt like they remodeled within the last 5-10 years at least. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but they allowed us to go to the bar and get some drinks on them which was nice and we were happy with that. "This hotel grew on me. The room wasn’t warm and inviting, but I liked the high ceilings. There were lovely parts of the hotel we did not have time to explore. It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice. "Sofia is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The hotel is very clean and my room was spotless. Outside on the street not so. It was noisy on the street til 10 or 11 but then total quiet. The owner did a wonderful upgrade to this old building. Everything is modern and with smart technology. I was quite comfortable. I'm only here for one day so I wasn't bothered by the street or noise. If you are coming to Naples and just want a super clean hotel that is peaceful and safe this is the place!"
