"Overall, it’s a great hotel with amazing amenities. However, when trying to checkout, the person at the desk seemed completely overwhelmed, was rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. To top it off, she was “training” someone. I hope that trainee realized that was a non example for customer service. "

"We stayed at this property for the Jimmy V Foundation event. Loves it. Booked again. We were in room 700. I wish I could say this stay was as nice. Service was great. It was hard to sleep with the light still coming through the shutters. The large walkway fountain was loud in the early morning. People walking by were loud and could be heard. I think it was the location of the actual room (700)"
