"First of all, we stayed at this cottage that has a private bathroom and shower unlike the other rooms in the property. Caesar (manager) was so helpful that he went out of his way to help my friend to be able to get her transportation to check in at her hotel. He didn't have to, but he saw that we had no other way of transportation for there was no Uber driver responding. Everyone of the staff were accomodating and welcoming. The food and drinks are also amazing. We will come back to this Inn...

"Charming historic hotel, comfortable bed, very clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The cable TV did not work in my room, and I didn't report it because I didn't want to spend the time on it as my time in the room was limited. Anyone with physical limitations should consider that, as advertised, there is no elevator, it's 1 long & 2 short flights of stairs to the 2nd floor (more to the 3rd), the stairs (carpeted) are fairly steep with a banister on only one side, and the claw-foot tub...

"Our family stayed at the St. Helena House while attending a memorial. The house exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and homey with many wonderful nooks to read, views of the vineyards out of every window, and a beautiful well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were fine with fluffy towels and plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the showers.
