"Absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful room with everything you can think of.. i was in the upgraded deluxe room which was large with buttons for lighting and curtains closing across a huge skylight. Couldnt fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The bed was really comfortable and i slept really well as very quiet. Breakfast a bit pricey but worth it as plenty of choice. Great location too as just over 5 mins walk to main square in krakow. "

The building was full of character, which did mean there were some ‘downsides’ (not being able to open windows for example), but the history outweighed the negatives. I would have loved to have been able to have more information about the history of the building to study. "
