"Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Berlin was a fantastic hotel with a great choice of amenities As it's placed a bit further out from central Berlin travelling out was always required to go anywhere, but this isn't an issue as the hotel is situated right next to the tram stop and there is also a U-Bahn station nearby. The spa and fitness room in the hotel was a great addition and there was a great bar with city-wide views on the 14th floor. The continental breakfast buffet had ample variety."

"too far from public transportation; taxi service excellent and always available. too far from convenient restaurants for me except for Caruso's which was not that good. friendly staff. however they informed me there were no extra charges for in-room phone calls and my bill reflected charges for SEVEN! do i get a refund? all three staff members assured me there was no extra change for the calls before i made them.
