"The hotel was in a very central location, with easy access to the airport and only a few minutes away from Alexanderplatz station. East walk to museum island too. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the Berlin TV tower which was nice (sadly couldn’t see anything as it was very foggy but that is not the hotel’s fault). Staff were all friendly. The area late at night is not the best, with lots of rough sleepers so something to be aware of. I didn’t try the breakfast as, other than boiled...

"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "
