"Nice hotel, lobby and surroundings is nicer than the room, anyway, room is big too. Like the playground, fireplace, buffet, and the view of the buffet restaurant. Anyway, bad attitude of a man in the restaurant as we went to the wrong restaurant in the hotel when we searching for buffet restaurant in the morning"

"Right by the train station and convenient to everything but still very quiet and warm. Well laid out rooms and a great shower. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, very tasty and a good kick start for the day! "

"What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. Best time to go is for New Year’s as they have a huge festival the 1st and a parade the 2nd. 5 minutes from a very cute cafe called Velo, and very close to the Victoria hotel. Reception was fabulous. "Walking distance from the train station. But there’s a small hill to walk up. They have pizza if you are too tired to go out for dinner. Free sauna which is very nice on the cold days. "
