"Hotel is not a hotel but a room for the night. You get a token to present to one of two cafe for a coffee and pastry in the morning which is the free breakfast. The reception is always closed, even at the announced opening times which is inconvenient. It’s rather basic. However it in a great location with everything you need close by but you are basically fending for yourself. I wouldn’t let it put you off if you are confident in staying in a room in a building that has no other facilities....

"The position was very central to the marine, shops & eateries. Facilities were comfortable. If you need WiFi it's poor, drops out. We were travelling from town to town & booking accommodation via Internet was essential to us. Staff very helpful. Sadly we were not aware if we could have access to the garden which would have been a treat. Only down side was the bar downstairs of the property play very loud music until late. It was the season of letting off Fireworks 🎆 at all hours. Don't know...

"While the interior of the room was nice and clean, the property was difficult to find and there is no one on site, no office. It was basically an apartment being rented out. "Upon arrival I ran the bell and no answer even though the lobby was supposed of been opened at 7:30. Arrived around 1130. Had to call the number listed on the front of the building. Person who answered told me I did not have a reservation. I said yes I did I have a confirmation number. He said OK I’ll be there in five minutes. Took him 10 to 15 minutes. Then he had us walk around the building to another entry which turned out to be another B&B. He had us meet with the lady she took us upstairs...
