The property is very suitably located, about 15 minutes walk from Barletta railway station and 10 minutes from the beautiful park and historical centre. Few beaches are within walking distance. "The position was very central to the marine, shops & eateries. Facilities were comfortable. If you need WiFi it's poor, drops out. We were travelling from town to town & booking accommodation via Internet was essential to us. Staff very helpful. Sadly we were not aware if we could have access to the garden which would have been a treat. Only down side was the bar downstairs of the property play very loud music until late. It was the season of letting off Fireworks 🎆 at all hours. Don't know...

"Hotel is not a hotel but a room for the night. You get a token to present to one of two cafe for a coffee and pastry in the morning which is the free breakfast. The reception is always closed, even at the announced opening times which is inconvenient. It’s rather basic. However it in a great location with everything you need close by but you are basically fending for yourself. I wouldn’t let it put you off if you are confident in staying in a room in a building that has no other facilities....

"Leonardo's place is a beautiful sanctuary just a 5 minute drive along a country road through an olive grove from down town Mattinatta. We sat each morning on the balcony and ate breakfast while looking out over the olive grove, the town of Mattinatta, the sea and the local mountains. And as our phones will attest to, "picture perfect", as it appears we took a lot of photos every time we sat there. The Apartment was clean and is well maintained and Leonardo was always available via whatsapp...
