However, the bathroom could use some improvements— the shower didn’t function properly, and we had towels for one person. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bit better. With a few upgrades, this could be an even better choice."

"Cannot thank the reception staff enough. Our bags never turned up. So we were without several important things throughout our stay. One guy offered us his phone charger. He also phoned the lost property at the airport to try to help us. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean. "

"I was not given any instructions at check in. I was told check out is at 10am. Front desk was not friendly. When I was booking the rooms I made a mistake tried to contact the hotel and never responded, upon arrival told me I had to pay extra. Not happy with the outcome."
