"The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere the property is beautiful but, recommend staying in warm weather as it is beautiful to walk around. There is a big restaurant on site which brings about a lot of people during the day but, very solitary when the restaurant is closed. Also, go and then noises of passing trucks all through the night are clearly heard all night long. There was no hot water and the weather was cold. "We were only there on a stopover during a driving trip. The grounds were beautiful and the manager was super nice and very helpful. The only downside is that it was on a main road and the building was set in the front of the property near the road. Would have been perfect if they had built at the rear instead. "This was a very interesting property. Covered with artwork and sculptures. It must be a great amount of work to keep this place dusted and clean. Our room was dated and worn. Really could have been cleaner. There was a kitchen but had no dish soap or tea towels or dish cloths. But for the price I think it was alright. We had a suite. I had booked a king bed but was given two doubles. We had our chihuahua with us and the area was safe to walk him. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. "
