"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. The advertisement said we would have a buffet breakfast but instead they served us breakfast in the room next door to us - which was beautiful and very nice. However we had the choice of 7:30 am or an 8 am breakfast, so if you want to sleep later don't order breakfast. My husband needed to stay until 12 noon for an online meeting, but check-out time is 10 am. They charged us 3000 yen to stay an two extra...
