"This was a lovely property; however, like many Japanese hotels, it uses too much chlorine in the cleaning. There was so much chlorine in the sheets that my skin and eyes were burning, and we had to open the windows. The staff is EXCELLENT. Service is EXELLENT I have no complaints about the service. My friend and I shared a room with two beds, but there was only one night near my friend's bed, so I had nowhere to place my things. The room could use another small table. "Excellent resort beautiful views from ocean view room and the lobby area. We did half board and buffet style breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel is situated on top of a steep hill so walking into the town is not an option but the hotel provides free shuttle service which is very convenient."
