"When we arrived at the lodge, the staff at reception seemed didn't know I had an online booking and the room wasn't ready. Waited 45 minutes to enter the room after a long drive. There was no hot water because the hot water heater "geezer" was off. (Staff didn't advise us if this when we arrived). It was switched on and waited 30 minutes and only got luke warm water for our 2 day stay. I told staff and nothing was done until the last day. "Nice staff. Hotel has a nice pool and relaxing area. But it all goes away when you you realise the hostel has bedbugs, which got in my luggage and I am currently suffering its bites and trying to get rid off. I found a bed bug in the room the morning I was leaving, I pointed this out to the staff, they said they would deal with the problem. The issue is The problem was transferred to me, and I will end up spending way more money than what I spent at the hostel. "

"I stayed there for three weeks in March. It has a very good location to the University Teaching Hospital, it's a seven minutes walk. The area is safe, I was even walking around there by early night and we always had electricity. The stuff is friendly and helpful."
