"We had a great stay at the Chapel. its is centrally located in Hoorn with easy access to the square and the harbor. even though its in town it is very quiet. it is equipped with all the basic necessities for cooking. "A lovely house and garden with stream at the end. The river is close by, and was idyllic to paddle board / kayak on and has a well used cycle route alone it. The tennis court, almost next to the house, was always available. Location is rural but it is easy to get to Amsterdam and lots of other places. Caroline was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon."

"This home was perfect for us…two retired couples, traveling from Texas. The home was comfortable, it had nice amenities, and was perfectly located for all of our activities. Less than an hour from Amsterdam, 45 minutes from Keukenhof, an 11/2 hrs from Giethoorn, an hour from Gouda. The town center is close by, with great restaurants and grocery markets."

"Bei Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Marko ist total sympathisch und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir hatten abends gegen 20 Uhr ein Problem mit der Sicherung, er war innerhalb kürzester Zeit da und hat das Problem behoben. Total lieb war, dass er unserer Tochter wegen dieses kleinen Problems eine Kleinigkeit geschenkt hat. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub. Einziges Manko für uns war die Sauberkeit. Aber dies liegt ja auch im Auge des...

"The property is clean, modern and comfortable. The living area is light and airy with a cosy ambiance. There are useful features including a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a second toilet downstairs. Location is very good. The seaside town of Egmond Aan Zee is only 20mins walk and has some nice restaurants. There is a supermaket only 5mins walk away. It is a good location to explore the North Holland region. The hosts are friendly and quickly answered our questions."
