"The property was nothing like the photographs. The outside area was very run down and not well maintained. No Reception and no one to meet and greet. In fact it took a while to find a way into the property and discover a phone number to call for assistance. Once contacted Yoel was very obliging. Told me to go up to a room that did not have an ensuite. Mentioned the shared bathroom at this time had no hot water! Eventually, put me in another building with hot water but no wifi! If...

"We had a very enjoyable stay. It is very accessible to Disneyland, we used the shuttle from/to which stops in front of the hotel. It is walkable to a shopping mall and a grocery shop. We stay for 5nights. Kids love the pool. They also have mini gym and sauna and laundry service which is helpful. The staffs were all helpful.
