"グループや家族で出かけるのに本当に素晴らしい施設ですが、他の方もご指摘の、１）タブレットでのチェックインの手続きに時間がかかる、２）エアコンの自動切り替えの点で、価格との期待値のバランスを鑑みて、星を一つ減らしました。チェックインでは、もう少し簡単な他のスマートな認証方法があるといいと思いました。エアコンの自動切り替え（夜中に勝手にオンになる、その際の音が気になって眠れなくなる）については、カビ防止のための自動の温度設定がされているとご回答をいただきましたが、宿泊者の睡眠が妨げられるので、夏場滞在者がいる際には自動設定オフにしていただくと良いのではないかと進言しました。アメニティの設置なども細かい連絡を確認しながらないになる点は、ラグジュアリ体験ではないので、グループの中にまめな人が一人いると解消すると思います。 立地はレンタカーでの移動が必須の場所ですが、バスルームの設備、快適なベッド、広々としたお庭と何より素晴らしい景観で、長期滞在も充実すると思います。2泊3日では少し短かったです。"

"We stayed at Tsubaki House en route to Kamikatsu. It was a nice change from hotel rooms. An entire house with nice water view exactly as per the photos. The property is very private and accessed by a narrow road. Staff that handled check in and check out super friendly and proactive. They were very helpful. Take some food for BBQ. There are some places to eat in driving distance. Great place to stay for a family or small group."

"The staff were very kind and looked after my luggage as I arrived in Wakayama early. The hotel is very close to Wakayamashi station and easy to find. It is also close to the castle and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel has rental bicycles which were only 100 Yen which was cheap and convenient. The hotel seems like it needs to be updated as it looks a bit old in places, however it was very clean. It was very good value."

"Amazing hotel with an even better view. I had a superb view of Wakayama’s castle straight from my hotel room. Of course the staff were nice and the room was clean and comfortable. "Really lovely ryokan and onsen with beautiful ocean views. The futons were very comfortable, as well. It's a little outside of Wakayama city (about 30 minutes/¥3500 by taxi), but there is a nearby bus and they have a parking area if you are driving. The staff speaks a little English, but don't expect the same level of English that you might get at a larger, urban hotel. Overall, it was very relaxing and I would definitely recommend it."
