"Overall room cleanliness and size are good, thank you hotel for special arrangements for anniversary. Location - it’s a good walk to the ancient town, but the way back needs to go up slope, so better for ride hailing. Hotel service can be better, hotel staff weren’t too helpful when asked for recommendations of places to eat or certain amenities. "

"Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much in the spacious and clean room. The mod-con like bidet in toilet was a bonus! Host were very friendly and helpful and we even had a private tea appreciation class and bought some raw puer tea home with us. We hope ro be back soon."

"The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from two different subway lines and the main shopping area of the city. Getting from the airport was simple with a subway line direct from the airport to the city center. The hotel was clean with an ample selection of foods at their breakfast buffet. They tried with service but if you don’t speak Chinese it’s hard. "

"The hotel has big clean rooms with comfy beds. AC works well and double glazed windows keeps sound out. Close to two metro stations, pedestrian streets, restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of Western and Asian choices, and is so filing you can skip lunch! Some staff speak some littke English, the rest are happy to use a translation app."

"I think the property space is great. We upgraded ourselves to 3 bedrooms villa, while it was great, it wasn't very well maintain. There wasn't much to do nearby the hotel, Shuhe old town was nearby but not really walking friendly too. However its till convenient to get a taxi or Didi to go around Lijiang main old town. "We stayed at Grand Park Kunming for a little over one week. Its clean, safe and convenient for our family. The only concern that we have is the Non smoking room we stayed in still has very strong smoking smell. Other than that, we have enjoyed our stay in the Hotel."
