The staff was wonderful, the view from my patio was lovely and the restaurant was very good.

The toilet flusher broke every day. Got to know the maintenance guy really well. In the end they gave us a key to another room to use the toilet. Less than ideal.
The patio was filthy. Rotting furniture and covered in lots of tree leaves. hasn't been swept at all this season. Unusable.
My only comment is that they need better aircon. Our room was a stifling 30c when maintenance eventually came to check it out after a full day and unfortunately it did not improve much even after that. Not great for a delux room
We stayed with our resort for dining because the dining choices were similar from place to place with similar pricing. Most places seemed to close at the same times. The only breakfast choices seemed to be the buffet.
Adequate. Not worth the money. Very dated. uncomfortable pillows. Very loud air-conditioner. Not comfortable.

I really wished that they had a USB port in the room for easy charging. I also wished the entry door fit tighter or had a better seal so bugs would not get in so easily. Also the water bottles were way too expensive. It was clean and the transportation was very easy. The walk to town center was 5 minutes. For dining, Arnguli and Mangata were very good.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Multiple dining options that are within walking distance. Property is quiet, beautifully maintained. Loved the amenities and all the available activities, especially the guest laundry on-site. Would have been helpful to know that the camel rides needed to be booked in advance.
Location is what you are paying for and the location is great. On site grocery store had a good selection and reasonable prices. Tours and transportation were well organized.
You can see, that the resort has been around for a while…

We stayed for two nights in July. Hotel room had two beds which was great but barely enough space for our luggage. There are no ramps or lifts to get you to the top floor. With small kids this meant 4 trips with bags up and down. We had the buffet breakfast which was fairly expensive at $45pp. The area is very walkable and they had a lot of free options like garden walks and local tools talks. We also sat in on a didgeridoo lesson. Overall it was good.
