"We had a number of problems during our two night stay. Firstly they had no record of our reservation from hotels.com so I had to pay again. Then when we checked out and they had sorted it out I had to remind them to cancel the extra payment. The bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the drains. We complained when we left the room for the day and when we came back it was almost gone but it came back again overnight. I've travelled and lived in China so I'm used to hard beds but these ones...

Fantastic hotel, gd location &service, comfortable

"We love this hotel. Foreigner friendly, especially Charles Hao, the General Manager. He is very attentive, helpful, gave us a lot of good advice on your trips and it’s memorable. Hotel staffs are very accommodating, always smiling and eager to please. We r very happy throughout our trip. Breakfast spread is excellent! Room is very clean esp the toilet. Enjoyed our stay! Will choose this hotel again. Location is very good, you can get anything from Deji Plaza. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. "

"Excellent service, breakfast buffet offers variety choices, the Jia lounge can be accessed from 11:00-23:00, offering the light buffet dinners from 17:30 to 19:00 is a bonus for us. I came for the conference, did not get the chance to sightseeing this time, will definitely to stay this hotel again. "
