"I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Jessica and Marie at reception were amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. "This was our second stay at this hotel. We had a Family room and it was huge - two separate bedrooms, a big sitting area, bathroom and nice balcony. The staff are great, facilities very good (pool, gym, games etc) and breakfast is good too. Overall an excellent and well-priced hotel that I would definitely recommend. "

"Nice, spacy, convenient - right in the center close to trains, restaurants and shops. I flew from USA and came to the hotel at about 1 PM and the lady at the registration desk would not let me into the room until 3 PM - I highly doubt that there were no ready rooms earlier rooms and cleaning was finished in all of them at 3 PM. In the next hotel on Copenhagen we arrived at noon and were given the room keys right away. We also did not like the shower - too messy. Other than that it was great, including modest but pretty decent breakfast."
