Nice but the air in the room was not the best
Nice place to stay and good service. But the air in the room was very dry and still - and the windows couldn't be opened and the air condition not to be regulated below 21.5 degree

Would have preferred to be informed about the closed spa and rooftop bar. None of the above were open Monday + Tuesday but neither there was any information about that. If known, I would not have paid this amount of money for “nothing”. Breakfast staff was very polite and breakfast room was clean and nice. Hard to find the hotelreception and the entrance was hidden.

Great location! Really friendly staff, nice rooftop bar with 360 views and very close to the walking streets with quaint old buildings, shops, restaurants and more. Breakfast was yummy and so was dinner. But… that said, the windows couldn’t be opened in the rooms, the room temperature device didn’t work and the reception couldn’t fix it. It was very stuffy in the room and the lack of fresh air was nearly unbearable. And it was way too warm to get a good night sleep. Also missing a fridge or minibar and satellite TV if you’re not Swedish.

Good location in center of city. Comfortable beds. No hairdryer in room. No safety box in room. No possibility to open window in hotel room and climate control didn’t seem to work. it was a little bit too warm in the room (summer temperature outside). Hotel offered parking at 100 SEK/day although you can park across the street for 20 SEK/day (free parking from 18.00-08.00). Scrambled eggs made of egg powder instead of fresh eggs.

Hotel tæt på alt med god seng og god mad.
Mellemklassehotel tæt på station og færge og bymidte i Ystad. God morgenbuffet med hjemmelavede tilbud. Gode muligheder for at købe mad og drikke resten af dagen. Jeg boede på et lidt dyrere værelse og havde flot udsigt over havnen ( der er dog en del larm fra havnen, især når Polensfærgerne anløber og afgår ( mange lastvogne)). Dejlig seng på værelset. Det er ikke muligt at lave te/ kaffe på værelset. Badeværelset var velindrettet, med fine brusefasciliteter, men belysningen var dårlig. Meget venligt og kompetent personale i både receptionen og i morgenmadsserveringen.
