"Beautiful location with horse and goats in the garden, balcony was amazing we could have just stayed there all day. However we chose this location to view the war graves and the lost post bridge and it was a perfect location. Breakfast was amazing, fridge well stocked with wine and beer. The just was friendly and helpful. This was our last stop on our two week trip around Northern Europe and we definitely saved the best til last. We hope to be back as there was so much to see we didn’t get it...

"Best hotel we’ve stayed in! Amazingly calm atmosphere and beautifully decorated, and the host, Elodie, well you’ll just want to take her home with you, she is so welcoming and friendly. We will return for sure."

"We did not feel there was any welcome and very disappointed that the restaurant was closed which we were not aware of. Also explanation about security access to car park in the evening was not clear, only security to rooms in the evening. Bar was closed earlier than we expected and bed somewhat hard with a hard pillow. During breakfast we felt we were being watched like a hawk. Won’t go there again. "

"No food Monday or Tuesday restaurant should of been open Wednesday but was not they said it’s only open for weddings And funerals."

"From booking to leaving Nancy took care of everything we needed, full of information to make your stay that much better. Ideally situated a walk to the main centre and Menin Gate, our room was more than we expected, large, clean with a large bathroom with everything needed during our 2 day visit. Every morning a lovely breakfast with as much coffee as needed and at a time to suit us. We will certainly be coming back and stay here again. "
