"We enjoyed our stay at the studio. It’s a compact well equipped studio. The area was very quiet at night. Only a 10min walk to the beach front boardwalk, and about an add’l 5mins on that to the ocean front park. We were glad there was a ceiling fan in the unit, as it was pretty warm when we were there. Leesa was very quick to respond to our late request to checkin early. Was great to be able to unload the car before heading to the music festival."

"We had a great time during our stay. We also cooked a lot and found the place to be very well equipped. However, the property could use a little more maintenance. Especially the outside areas. The backyard is beautiful though and the patio looked recently done."

"Pros: -The host was lovely -The location was unbeatable Cons: -Place had a lot trinkets/breakable things. I understand this is subjective and probably only a con if you have young kids like we did but I figured useful info for families. -We got the pizza add on which turned out to be stressful and very difficult. "Communication was second to none from first making our reservation to the end of our stay. Accommodations were clean, well equipped and located within a five minute walk to the ocean. Our hostess was helpful in every-which way. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Hope to stay there again if ever back in the area. "
