The onsen was clean and I was able to use it despite having tattoos. It did become very busy after a while which ruined it a bit, but I was leaving by then do grateful it was quite when I'd gone in. Only odd thing was we didn't get any extra bedding even though we'd booked a room with sofa bed and were 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). We called reception and they did bring an extra pillow and blanket, but no sheet. But everything else was perfect and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. "

"Very good view against the Sakurajima island. Exceptional location. Parking fee is 1000 yen per night and it has a pretty big parking lot near the Lawson if the covered parking lot is full. Very good breakfast for about $27 two adults and two kids."

"Right off the number 2 street car line, the hotel is in a historic section of town and easily accessible from Kagoshima Central Station. Near a shopping street and 10 minute walk from Waterfront park. Rooms were nice and a great value. "
