"The service and staff were top notch, very helpful and friendly. We used the pool, hot tubs, spa, and game/kids room. We didn't use the playground bc it snowed. FYI: Internet is spotty, i'm guessing bc the entire hotel is sharing 1 satellite service."

"Very friendly welcome. They had a variety of food and gifts at their store, including vegan soup. We accidentally locked our bathroom door and the maintenance man was there within minutes. Beautiful location and so close to the park entrance!"

"An overnight snowstorm turned an already pretty place into a white woods, making our cabin feel even more cozy. We njoyed how spacious the rooms were, the nature trail going around the perimeter, the intern program they have to train youth in the hospitality industry, the consistently friendly and helpful staff, the evening s'mores by the fire, and the fabulous food and service at the restaurant. "

"We stayed for only one night but we loved it. They had movie by the indoors pool for the kids, s’ mores station at night and snacks station during the day. Kids really enjoyed it. Oh and they are very pet friendly as well."
