"Great for the price"

"The service was excellent. I booked for my elderly parents who were attending a wedding nearby. I called ahead of time to ensure everything was taken care of, the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful from beginning to end. He even called me back to next day to ensure I had paid for parking so my parents wouldn’t have to deal with it when they got here. On the day of the stay, my parents had a hard time entering the parking lot, but one phone call to the gentleman helping us previously and he guided them to a smooth and easy check in/parking. Overall I was most impressed with the service. My parents also said that the room was beautiful and clean. "
