"The airport shuttle was perfect to go back and forth to catch the train. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast yummy. The only thing missing was a shuttle to nearby shopping centers."

"Excellent customer service! I arrived late at midnight but the staff was still very friendly and introduced the hotel services clearly. The public bath is amazing and a must-go item after a trip to Japan. The sea view is great as well! Donki, Lawson and Ichiran are nearby so it's convenient. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the train station which requires ~15mins walk if you have a heavy luggage, so prepare more time to walk to the station after checkout. But still would recommend this hotel overall!"
