"Loved this spot mainly because of the great customer service. I wanted to visit this port town and it wasn’t too far from the JR Abashiri station. The staff was really friendly and helped us get a taxi going back to the station and also helped me find where to get a souvenir doll from the town. The room was nice. A little small, but that’s normal for Japan. It was clean. I liked the toothbrushes they give out and brush. The WiFi in the room worked well and there were a few plugs. The sauna on 9F is pretty great and even has an outside spa overlooking the snowy town. Really great way to start my morning before checking out. They also offer free laundry which I wish more hotels did. You only have to pay to dry your clothes. Recommend! "

"Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful. Our room was spacious with great views and it was a good hotel as a base for touring, my only issue was the breakfast finished at 8:30 - that is too early when on holiday!!"

"Overall I enjoyed my 2 nights here. Pluses - easy parking on site, free breakfast ok with hot and cold dishes, Japanese and western but no tea available. Room ok just a bit dark. Wifi variable. Laundry facilities good. First night I was on 3F which I think was above the public bath and so noisy with machinery noises I hardly slept. I asked to be moved to a higher floor and the gentleman took care of it all and I slept well the next night on 8F. In the morning of course there were guest wake up alarms going off at 530&630 am which I could hear but that is not really the hotel's fault as it happens everywhere.Staff were helpful and using translation apps worked fine."

"Level of hospitality here is the best! Although we have booked on the same day and arrived late, staff welcomed us and prepared amazing dinner taking into consideration our food restrictions. (vegan/ vegetarian friendly) It's super quiet, we had a great sleep. The view from the window is amazing with nature and lake around. We happened to arrive at the season when the plants at the lake turn red, very beautiful. The dinner was very delicious, they also have a selection of local craft beers you can add to your meal for extra price."

"The staff are very friendly. We kept the luggage at reception because it was still early to check in. When we are back to hotel they informed already helped us to put the luggage in the hotel room. Fantastic service. Thank you!"
