"We had a delightful family stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The kids especially loved riding their motor car and bike outside the room walkway—it was such a thoughtful touch for families. The staff’s excellent customer service truly stood out; they were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. However, the cost of the stay was on the higher side, which made it feel less value-for-money. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown, as it looked old and not well-maintained. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the family-friendly activities and exceptional service."

"Other than old sign of property , staff is friendly & helpful. Location wise , walking distance from yilan train station & night market is just opp of the hotel. If you want fast food option , MacDonald is just right beside the hotel."
