"Small room and bed and bathroom wa functional but again very small. Good value greay location pity they dont offer cooked breakfast but tnere are so many cafes offering breakfast it was nice to sit outside. "

"Really good stay. The staff are incredible throughout the day, regardless who is working. Everyone cares, thoughtful, kind and considerate. It's so refreshing to be handled with such care and thought. Breakfast was excellent, and a must have - proper sausages and bacon on the full english, and they have mastered the art of a poached egg! Some noise from the main road of an evening, but you can't do anything with that if you are at the front of the property and close to the road. Rare gem...
