"Wonderful property in a lovely village. Plenty of attractions in the surrounding area. Village pub about 200 metres away. During our stay there was a busy market in the village hall on Saturday morning. Our host was most helpful and the welcome pack was most appreciated "

"We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights in March. Lovely and modern inside with lots of kitchen gadgets and basics. Living room was comfortable. We only used the main bedroom and the bed was comfortable for us. Good wardrobe size and plenty of hangers. For anyone worried about parking we found on street parking easily, so don't let this put you off. Helpful guest book with restaurants, local shop and other useful information. I liked the page about the history of the cottage. We intend to return...

"We had a lovely stay over New Year in this very cosy character cottage in a perfect location just off the high street in Bridport, a short walk to all the pubs and shops (but very quiet, being in a small lane tucked in behind the high street)). Susan is very communicative and is quick to reply to any queries. Would definitely stay again."

"Very happy with the property. It was a good size for our group to share meals. A lovely circular walk on the doorstep and very nearby chalk stream. A bit of a drive to local coast. It’s near a noisy road which you can’t see but you can’t hear it at all from inside the house. "

"Comfortable cottage with lots of extras the cookies were delicious and the coffee machine easy to use, you do need to be a bit of a contortionist to get round the bed but it wasn’t a problem. The town has some lovely eating places The Mitre was surprisingly good and has amazing views"
