"Definitely a 5* review, we would definitely stay again. We had a family room so the children had their own bedroom. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in, immaculate! The breakfast options were fantastic and the staff were all so friendly. We immediately felt relaxed. Locationwise it was a short stroll to the beach or up the hill to the lovely Royal Oak pub. We also had a tasty lunch at the local Bank Cafe. Very short journey over to Lyme. Quiet in the evenings. Perfect...

"We loved staying with Gerry. He made us very welcome and was so easy going concerning our comings and goings. We had everything we needed and breakfast was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet. Short walk in to town and we could park right outside his house."

"I was pleasantly suprise by the size and comfort of the rooms for the price, which although quite basic, were adequate for a short stay and great value. The staff were very welcoming and helped with our cases. It was a great location for walking to the shuttle bus. The downsides were the shared bathroom, steep stairs and no parking on site. "

A fresh breakfast was offered, but I kindly declined as I'm not the biggest breakfast eater. Very clean space and a lovely bathroom also. "Had a wonderful one night stay with our dog. A lovely place to stay that is independently owned and regained many of its original features. Comfy bed with coffee machine as well as a kettle in the room. Guest lounge if you didn’t want to sit in your room. Breakfast was fabulous and set us up for the day. We will definitely be returning.
