No live person was supposed to be there for assistance, except for a period during check-in time but I didn't see any person. "Only one night stay but it was fantastic! Highly recommend if you need to stay in Incheon. We were just in passing before boarding for our cruise to Japan. Enjoyed a great walk in the beautiful park right across the street!"

"At first, we thought the room was great, but then we noticed bugs running around and the cleaning staff did a horrible job cleaning before we checked in. For example, we found food in between the couch cushions which can be the cause of the bugs. We had to clean the floor ourselves and buy bug spray."

"When I arrived in Korea and took the bus to the residence, I was nervous because I arrived late (latest check-in was around 11pm I believe) missed my bus stop and arrived around a little past midnight, the owner was so nice and hospitable and let me check-in after the initial time. He showed me how to use the amenities (you don’t have to use an actual key to unlock the door, it’s electronic, just put the sensor up to the door handle and it’ll unlock, it’ll lock by itself once you get inside)...
