"Parking available but limited. And difficult to register your car prior to arrival. Overnight parking is expensive. Had difficulties of getting in and out due to property error not registering my vehicle properly. Artificial grasses in the complex has some debris from past. "

"Room itself was comfortable & clean; but lacked common sense. No large bath towels provided, only small hand towels. Power outlets cannot take international plugs, no adapter provided. Washer but no dryer. Can’t ask for anything because there is nobody onsite, and only option of Kakao Talk is only accessible if you read Korean. "The location was really convenient, and the fact that the hotel had a styler, laundry machine and a stove top was definitely a plus. However, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable thing ever. The bedding was nice, but sleeping on the mattress was worse than sleeping on the floor. Plus, the room was really dry. But the staff was really helpful and kind. If they decide to change the mattress, I would even consider staying here again. "

"부산에 처음 놀러갔는데 아스티 호텔이 부산역 바로 옆에 위치 해 있어 예약했습니다. 새벽에 도착했는데 하필 방 문 락이 고장나서 복도에서 좀 기다리고 침구류에 이물질이 묻어있어 곤란했지만 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 사람이 실수를 할 수 있기에 이런 상황에서 어떻게 대처하는 지가 중요한 것 같습니다. 비가 오는 날 프론트에서 유니폼 입은 여자 직원분이 우산도 대여해주시고 피트니스 문도 열어주시고 분실물도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다."
