"The lounge, bistro and restaurant were lovely. Staff were excellent. The food was extremely good. The bedroom was okay, but the decor looked a bit tired. For a four star hotel the the facilities in the room were limited. No spare toilet roll, no shaving mirror and the room itself was a little small. The toilet did not flush that well and the hot water/heating pipes were noisy. "

"Met my good walking friend here. We walked the coastal path from the Sawmills to Lee Bay. The coastal path was a stones throw from the pub. Staff were able to signpost us to the path well. They even checked us into our room at 0945 !!!! Wow!! Loved the fairy lights on our return! Loved the menu: we both had curry, one fish, one sweet potato... So yummy!!! Lovely comfy room and dog friendly too!! After out 9 miles,and a quick end of day dip in Coombe Martin, we both loved the huge sunflower...

"Wow, we had a 3 bedroom lodge with hot tub, and it was absolutely perfect 👌 Clean, spacious and beautiful views. Staff were very helpful, had to call as the boiler went off, they arrived promptly and fixed in 2mins. Shout out Will, great quiz and funny bingo night. Would come back in a heartbeat 💯"
